DGA DETECTIVES and Dale Gustafson were instrumental in the final outcome of the case where Mr. Marinkovich was granted full custody.  

Dale Gustafson is an expert on Domestic Violence and System Abuse in the Disillusionment process.  In this case, Mr. Marinkovich was unjustly accused of child abuse by his ex-wife.  She further used that "excuse" as a sympathy ploy to support her kidnapping of their son.  

After recovery of the boy, DGA Detectives was employed to oversee custody and act as the "Court's Ad Litem" for the protection of the child.  During the course of these duties, Dale uncovered information that the Mother was possibly planning another abduction and was able to thwart the plot.  

Since full custody has been awarded to the father, the mother has failed to exercise her right to supervised visitation.
