Our Staff is made up of seasoned investigators with backgrounds in everything from Military Intelligence to Law Enforcement.  The agents pictured on this page are the "Managers" or our organization.  For security reasons, we don't show the photos of our different Field Agents.  If you have any questions about someone contacting you from DGA or a complaint about an investigator, feel free to contact one of our Field Offices or our Main Office.

Shadow is a very large German Sheppard that works with us on Bail Recoveries and any time when safety is an issue.  He tips the scale at 130 pounds.  Off duty, he still thinks he is a lap dog.

Dale Gustafson is the Owner & Qualified Manager of DGA Detectives & DGA Bail Bonds.  He is a Certified Master Investigator (CMI) and holds a bachelor degree both Business Management and Journalism. He is the former Los Angeles District Governor of the California Association of Licensed Investigator's (CALI) and former Los Angeles District Director for the Professional Investigators of California (PICA)  A former member of Law Enforcement and Army Intelligence, he he established DGA Detectives in 1992.  He has been certified by State Of California to teach Private Investigation since 1993.

Dale is the Associate Director and Primary Instructor at the DGA Detectives Academy / American College of Forensic Studies.   He is also an instructor and consultant to ITT Technical Institute's Criminal Justice Program.  The American College of Forensic Studies is Directed by Joseph Paolella, California's leading Polygraph Examiner and a former Secret Service Agent.  Joseph Paolella was on of President Kennedy's personal protection staff. 

Most recently, Dale has joined with Robert Fuller (a former Police Chief and Commissioner for POST - Police Officer Standards of Training in California) and Ashour Ebrahim (a former Supervising Agent with the FBI).  The have formed the EFG Group, Inc.

Sandra Bojorquez (Left) is the Office Manager and Associate Director for the Detective Academy, and a Case Manager for DGA Detectives.  Very often we use Students a Apprentices for assistance on assignment and Sandra is the one who keeps track of their hours and assignments.

Cathy Charles (Right) is our new Director of Attorney Services.    If you need someone served or papers filed with the court, you can contact Cathy directly at our Los Angeles DGA Office (818) 334-7845.  Cathy is a recent graduate and an experienced researcher for both the court system and the private sector. 

Lisajo McGee (below) is the branch manager of DGA Detectives in Malibu. Lisajo has been with DGA since it started in 1992.  Besides being a specialist in Undercover and Surveillance Investigations, She is also the past Lt. Governor of Kiwanis District One (better known as the Los Angeles District).  This year, like many years now, she also coordinated the Malibu Chili Cook Off.  Lisajo is also a Certified Master Investigator and Graduate.  Malibu Field Office (310) 457-5173

Jennifer Gotenstein specializes in tracing heirs of unclaimed property.  Currently she is assigned to San Diego where she is also working towards a Doctorate at UCSD and doing an internship at a Bio-Tech company. Jennifer has actually been working with DGA Detectives since she was 5 years old -- my step daughter...

Venesa Talor pictured to below-right is flanked by Chief Robert Fuller of Sterling Protective Services & EFG Group, Myself and David Wisotzki of The EFG Group.  Venesa is one of our Contract Field Agents who currently resides in Las Vegas.  She was recently featured as a part of our agency on the "E-Network" with their presentation of "Hollywood's 12 Most Glamorous Jobs."  She is available for special undercover assignments and domestic investigations.
